Returning an Item
Thank you for shopping at Aurora Outwear!
At Aurora Outerwear, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, please refer to the steps below to start the return process.
Step 1:
Send an email to:
info@auroraouterwear.co
and write 'Return Request' in the subject line.
Make sure to include your order number, phone number, and a list of the items you wish to return.
Step 3:
Package your items
in the bag it was received.
Seal the package and affix the return label. Drop off your package at the nearest USPS or UPS shipping location.
Returns must be shipped within
3 business days of receiving
the label.
Step 2:
Once your return request
has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
*Please note that return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4:
Once your return is received by our store, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
You will receive an email with confirmation of your return.
