Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aurora Outerwear!
We ship your items via UPS and USPS.
Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $9.99.
For orders over $200,
shipping will be free.
Orders are generally filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
We cannot take responsibility for any postal issues including: items undeliverable as addressed, post boxes not being found, unattended deliveries being stolen, etc.
Return Policy
Unfortunately at this time, Aurora Outerwear cannot accept online returns in store.
All returns must be processed and shipped back within 7 days of order delivery.
Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will be limited to three (3) items per order.
If your returned items bring the order total under the $200 threshold for free shipping, we will further deduct $9.99 from your refund for the initial shipping cost.
All merchandise must be returned in new unworn condition with the tags and labels still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept items that have been washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
Any discounted merchandise or merchandise purchased as part of a promotion is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received back at our store and is approved for return, we will apply your refund to your original payment.

Our coats are sourced from the highest quality material and are tested to exact standards to ensure you and your kids will love them all winter long!
If you are unhappy with your coat for any reason, we invite you to provide us feedback.
Aurora Outerwear does not take responsibility for damage to our outerwear once it has been worn.
